Missionary Mending Moment!

Sisters, we have another wonderful opportunity to serve our fantastic local Missionaries!

As you can imagine, their clothes take quite the beating, and they could occasionally use some help in returning them to serviceable and presentable condition.  While they gather for Zone Conferences a busy little group of seamstresses gathers to help them out with this need.  If you have some sewing skills, and are available and willing to help, please fill your information in on the attached spreadsheet and we will contact you with further details!

Our opportunity to provide this service will be on Tuesday, May 14 from 8:00am - 11:00am. They recommend we send from 4-6 volunteers, and bring along 2-3 machines.  The Mission will provide an iron and ironing board, notions (zippers, iron-on patches, dark thread, etc.).

And, as always, your willingness to serve is endless appreciated!!

Feed the Missionaries!

Sisters, were you able to join us recently when we had the opportunity to feed the missionaries serving in our area?  Or do you have a friend who did?  If so, then you have surely heard about what a WONDERFUL experience it was!  These young Elders and Sisters are just amazing, and they couldn't be more grateful for the service that is provided to them!

As the year goes on, this opportunity will come again - which is great news if you weren't able to join in previously!  We don't always have a lot of lead time to pull these events together, so we would like to compile a list of those who are interested in participating.  If you would be so kind as to fill in the form below then when we have an opportunity arise we will know who to contact!  Signing up below in no way ties you to any specific commitment, it just lets us know who is interested in being asked!

Thank you, always, for your willingness to serve!
